FEATURES:
- RBS-35 is a
most effective detergent
specially formulated for the
cleaning of contaminated or
corroded molds. This solves
many of the problems in the
transfer molding of
semiconductor or electronics
components that are linked
to the conditions of the
mold's cavity surfaces. It
is non-flammable, non-toxic
and totally safe to the
mold's components or
coatings and leaves no
residue.

economical to use.

use, short cleaning time,

HOW
TO USE THE RBS-35 ON MOLD PARTS:
- Disassemble
the mold parts.
- Shake the
solution thoroughly. Dilute
the solutions with water (normal
tap water may be used.) A
dilution of 2% V/V is
adequate for normal soiling
but higher concentration of
up to 50% for stubborn or
heavily stained contaminants
is suggested.
- Completely
immerse the items to be
cleansed in the solution. Soak
for a period of between 2 –12
hours depending on the nature
and degree of the soiling.
Heating the solution (up to
a max. of 90 degrees C) or
increasing the solution's
concentration will reduce
the cleaning time.
- Remove the
items from the solution,
drain and then rinse
thoroughly immediately. A
final rinse with deionised
or distilled water is
advised. Thorough and
careful rinsing is very
important. Dry the items
with filtered compressed
air.
- Speed of
cleaning may be increased by
the use of ultrasonic baths,
where low concentration
solution may also be
effective. Increasing the
solutions concentration up
to 50% V/V or heating the
solution will have a similar
effect. When using heated
solution, always rinse
immediately upon removal of
the items from the solution.
