SOLID STATE GENERATOR(2.5~60KW)

 Features:

ENERGY SAVING Due to the high efficiency of the solid state inverters, both power and required cooling water is reduced.
COMPACT DESIGN The comprehensive semiconductor design reduces the installation space required for the inverter. The total dimension is reduced to around 1/4 of the vacuum tube type  H.F. generator. Depending on customers' requirements, can be installed away from the oscillation portion and the electric cabinet.
EASY MAINTENANCE 
AND INSPECTION
Using low voltage to operate, it is easy to maintain and service the machine, thus saving on repair and maintenance cost.
PROTECTION FEATURES With the full protection against: Coil touch, no load operation, over load operation, wrong operation.

Features:  
ENERGY SAVING: Transistors are activated with a load power factor of 1 to ensure high conversion efficiency for the inverter. This results in a 30% reduction in input power and an 80% reduction in the required cooling water.
COMPACT DESIGN: The comprehensive semiconductor design reduces the installation space required for the inverter.
EASY MAINTENANCE
AND INSPECTION:
Inspection and testing can be done safely due to low circuit voltages not exceeding 600V.Maintenance-free components are arranged on the rear panel. Essential components such as transistors and PC boards are concentrated on the front panel for easy maintenance access.
