HEATING MACHINE
一、INTRODUCTION：
Peripheral equipments are
for processing of work
piece and include work
station, cooling systems
for machine and quenching
liquid. Work station can
be hydraulically driven,
high precision
automatically driven or
servo motor driven. The
cooling system uses close
circuit circulation
meeting the requirement
for clean, sturdy and
silent machine.
To work with the
High Frequency
generator, the
cooling system is
designed with water
tank volume between
300 – 1000 L; heat
exchanger between
200000~800000 BTU,
PUMP between 1~10HP.
Water tank and pipes
are made of SUS
material, for no
rust water
environment which
helps prevent
clogging up of water
circuit.
COOLING SYSTEM
FOR QUENCHING
LIQUID：
For cooling work
piece, cooling
system for quenching
liquid is designed
with water tank
volume between 500 –
1000 L, heat
exchanger between
200000~600000 BTU,
PUMP between 1~10HP.
The cooling system
has sand and oil
filters, as well as
temperature control.
